Morley-Ball & Associates offers a wide and growing range of seminars and workshops, designed and customized to meet the needs of your group, organization or business. (Note: All seminars and workshops are a minimum of two hours in length.)
Participants will engage in a process of self-assessment to help them to understand the effects values, beliefs, and attitudes have in providing effective customer service. Participants will explore the importance of strong intrapersonal and interpersonal relations in the process of effective customer service. The collaborative nature of helping will be explored together with identification of specific skills and tools necessary to make customer service a win-win process. | |||
