Practicing Effective Leadership

Participants will engage in activities to help them to identify and define their leadership styles, as they gain practical approaches to utilizing the skills associated with the particular style. Participants will engage in activities to help them to discern the difference between leadership and management. Various leadership instruments will be administered to help participants to gain a clearer understanding of their leadership strengths and weaknesses while taking a realistic look at the role self plays in leadership. Leadership scenarios and critical incidences will be introduced. Participants will also engage in role play situations.
